Lance A. Kirby
Lance A. Kirby is a fourth generation Texan. Born in Denton, Lance grew up in Rowlett,
Texas, and graduated from Texas Tech University in 1991 with a Bachelor's degree in
Finance. Lance received his J.D. degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in
1995. Lance joined the Firm in February 1996. Lance became a partner with the
firm in 2001.
Lance is a member of the Hidalgo County Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. His major areas of practice include commercial litigation, construction law, insurance law, and general civil litigation.* Lance was selected a 2006 Rising Star in business litigation.**
