Rudy Salinas, Jr. grew up in Mercedes, Texas. He graduated from Mercedes High School in 1991. Mr. Salinas has been practicing law at the law firm since 2000. He has both prosecuted and defended clients in civil litigation matters. He has represented creditors and debtors in collection and bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Salinas graduated from the University of Texas in 1995 with a degree in accounting. He graduated from St. Mary's School of Law in 2000 and was licensed to practice law the same year. Rudy is a member of the Hidalgo County Bar Association and the Cameron County Bar Association.
