Paola R. Guerrero was born and raised in Weslaco, Texas, and graduated from Weslaco High School. She is a graduate of St. Mary's University, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Masters of Business Administration. Paola earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary's University School of Law, where she was a comment editor on the St. Mary's Law Journal.
Paola is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Hidalgo County Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association
