ANITA G. LOZANO was born in Weslaco, Texas, but grew up in Edcouch and graduated from Edcouch-Elsa High School in 1979. In 1984 she graduated from Pan American University in Edinburg. In 1987 she earned her J. D. degree from the University of Texas, Austin, and was admitted to the Bar. After practicing in McAllen for a few years, she joined the firm in July 1992 and became partner in 1997. Anita's areas of practice include farm, ranch, commercial and residential real estate, business law and probate.
Anita and her husband proudly raised their three sons in Weslaco, Texas, before relocating to McAllen. She is a member and past director and secretary of the Hidalgo County Bar Association. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and previously served on the Texas State Bar Grievance Committee.
